“A reluctant hero competes for the freedom of his/her people and inspires them to believe they are strong enough to defeat their foes.”
Disney movies gave me unrealistic expectations of love and hair.
TV shows gave me unrealistic expectations of friendships and people.
Me: “The composer was-“
Date (judging): “The composer? You noticed the composer?”
Me (embarrassed): “Haha, yeah, Hans Zimmer. Umm, he did Inception?”
Date: “Inception. Now that’s an intense movie.”
Me: “Haha, yeah…”
I’m good at not having things in common with normal people.
One of my favourite movies.
I get super dooper irritated when people say they didn’t like it because of the ending. That goes on my list of idiots who don’t like black and white movies (or mostly B&W - like Sin City), movies older than 10 years, and people who don’t like reading subtitles (these people generally are the ones who saw Let Me In and thought it was brilliant and original. Yeesh…)
Fuck, so I don’t know if they realized it or not when they made this comic.
But Whispers and Explosions is the secondary title for Children of Men.
